Bangladesh have played 5 matches so far in New Zealand and lost all of them with utter disappointment. After assimilating a 3-0 defeat in the ODI series, they are now on the brink to another clean sweep in T20 series as New Zealanders have won the first two game by a large margin.
Bangladesh team are still in a quest to find out the method of coping up in the overseas condition. After the last game, Mashrafe has blamed exquisite wind to hamper their natural game and today Tamim Iqbal blamed their failures for not continuing pressure upon the opponent during the last matches. The last game of the series will be held on the same ground of second T20, thus Mashrafe and his fellows must find something to adapt themselves in such a windy condition.
Bangladesh are facing the problem of sudden collapse of their batting order as after one or two decent partnership at the top order, no other could stand to fight against the Kiwis. Their fielding efforts were also below the benchmark in the last two games and Mashrafe also acknowledged that in the post match press conference. To regain a bit respect from this tour, Bangladesh must develop their skills in every department.
After horrid ODI series, Mahmudullah made a comeback in the first T20I and Soumya also regained himself by his solid knock of 39 in the last game. Rubel Hossain also did a fair job in the last match by taking three crucial wickets. Bangladesh are desperately in need of more pumped up performances by them.
The game will start at 8 AM Bangladesh time.
