Prime Bank Young Tigers National School Cricket 2017-18 starts from tomorrow (Wednesday) across the country. This year over 11 thousand players from 554 schools will participate in the competition.
Bangladesh Cricket Board arranged a press conference today at SBNCS Media Block. BCB CEO Nizam Uddin Chowdhury, BCB Director and age level tournament committee chairman Tanjil Chowdhury, Managing Director of Prime Bank Rahel Ahmed, Senior Executive Vice President & Company Secretary Mohammad Ehsan Habib were present at the occasion.
Speaking about the completion Tanjil Chowdhury said, “Prime Bank was working with us since last three years to bring back the good days of school cricket. In every year we see a growth of interest from the youths. Most of the players of U15 and U17 came from the age level cricket.”
Rasel Ahmed spoke about the contribution and plans of Prime Bank, “Prime Bank always contributed to the improvement of local cricket. Since last three years we are the sponsor of the school cricket. This year we take some plans to create more interest among the top schools of Dhaka and Chittagong.”
