“Our camp is divided into three sections. Firstly we will work with the batsmen and bowlers on the skill. For the pacers, there will be separate skill training. This skill training will go on five days. The skill training will be same for the batsmen and the spinners. We are planning to go to the nets after five days of skill training. We will gather enough preparation before going for the net sessions. There we will observe the batsmen and bowlers. We will have net session for up to eight days. Players will get a good amount of times to explore them. Then we will go for the match practice. Three teams will be formed to play against each other. There we will observe their performance which will hopefully help us to form a good team.’
