Soumya Sarkar stars with both bat and ball as Bangladesh have reached the final by maintaining their winning streak form the group stage. They will face Pakistan in the Final on November 23 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

Afghanistan managed to post 227 for 9 after choose to bat first. Darwish Rasool scored an fighting century but Hasan Mahmud and Soumya restricted Afghanistan from posting a big total as both shared 3 wickets each.

Naim Sheikh was dismissed early but Nazmul Hossain Shanto and Soumya made an 107-run stand in the second innings which ensured a easy win for the Tigers. Both got dismissed after scoring fifties and then it was Afif Hossain and Yasir Ali who gave the finishing touch with an unbeaten 65 runs partnership and sealed the match with 61 balls remaining. Afif was not out on 45 and Yasir Ali was on 39. Abdul Wasi bagged 2 wickets for 29 for Afghanistan.
