Bangladesh Eye on the Lead as Miraz Gets His Second Fifer

After fourth session of Dhaka test, it’s seeming that, the wicket of the yesterday’s first session didn’t belong to Mirpur stadium! Bangladesh managed to score 118 runs during that session for losing only 1 and since then the track transmuted itself for the favor of the bowlers. Each session after that has seen the cascade of wicket falls and so thus today. But Bangladesh won’t mind at all this time as they are accruing hopes to take a lead even after scoring such a trifle target of 220.

Mushfiq may get satisfied with the performance of his spinners especially Miraz who again struck twice early in the morning. Taijul’s vital breakthrough to send back Stokes on nil provided Bangladesh a rigid hope to have the domination over England. But England could lose their 7th on the same score as they had lost their 6th if Mushfiq was able to grapple that catch of Ansari. However, Hom compensated Mushi’s failure by taking a stunner at the slip cordon and rendered Miraz to claim his second and successive five-wicket haul in test match.

Root, for England, have made the bulwark as a sole warrior on the other side of the crease and played an important knock of 56 runs under the context of the game. But Taijul caused him to fall and ensured that this morning is for Bangladesh.

England went to lunch on 163 runs. They are trailing 62 runs and have only two wickets in hand.
