Bangladesh has started the tour with a win in the first practice match against Sydney Sixers. But today their batsmen were unable to put an impact and that cost the second practice game. Sydney Thunders have comprehensively beaten BCB XI by 6 wickets.

BCB XI top order collapsed as soon as their innings start and no batsman was able to put a decent run on the board. After 8 overs, they only scored 36 runs losing 4 wickets and lost their 7th on 76 runs. They were able to put a respectable total on the board by the fine innings of Nurul Hasan Sohan. He hit 3 fours and 1 six to score very much valuable 35 runs. Shuvagata Hom accompanied him nicely by scoring 25 runs. BCB XI eventually abled to set a respectable target of 123 runs and thanks to this duo.

In reply to the BCB innings, Thunders started steadily and never allow the run rate to cruise higher. Rubel tried to pull BCB back in the game but his two wickets in quick succession proved in vain by the solid knock of Morgan. He remained unbeaten to finish the game.
