The first day of the 4th round of National Cricket League has observed a low scoring day except the tier 2 match between Rangpur and Chittagong.

At Fatullah in the Tier 1 match, Dhaka Metropolis have been all out by 166 runs. Mohammad Sharif of Dhaka Division led the destruction and took 4 wickets. However, in reply Dhaka Division is also in a favorable condition as they have lost their both openers scoring only 19 runs at the end of the day.

Another Tier 1 match has started at BKSP. Every batsman of Barisal except Fazle Mahmud quivered frantically against some tremendous bowling displays of Khulna Division. Mahmud solely contributed 95 runs of Barisal’s 171 run innings but failed to gain his well-deserved hundred.


Tier 2 match between Rajshahi and Sylhet has started at Bogra where Rajshahi got all out by 204. Abu Jayed took six wickets giving 48 runs. In reply, Sylhet ended the day scoring 43 runs with 8 wickets in hand.

The only match which has seen some good batting has started at Sylhet between Rangpur and Chittagong. At the end of the day, Rangpur scored 315 runs losing 7 wickets. Liton Das scored 73 runs and Ariful Haque scored 52 runs. Suhrawadi Shuvo went to the dressing room with his unbeaten 66.
