Shuvagata Hom grabbed six wickets for his side yesterday and today he has played a great knock coming under pressure to secure a ton. He got out as the last batsman of Central Zone and brought a lead of 39 runs at the end of day two.

In reply to South Zone’s 260 runs, Central Zone lost their first six wickets by 132 runs. Shuvagata took the charge at that moment and made a fine partnership of 109 runs with Taibur Rahman. Hom was aggressive as he reached hundred playing only 125 balls.

Abdur Razzak took four wickets for South Zone. Mustafiz is also playing in this match but couldn’t grab more than one wicket. However, he was frugal and gave only 34 runs bowling 18 overs.

East Zone dominated in the other match against North Zone. After Afif, Yasir Ali also got a century for his team and remained unbeaten on 110 runs. East Zone got all out by 490 runs.
